COACHES COMMENT: "For our first match at home against a quality opponent and to come out and have the kind of performance was really encouraging." said head coach Tim Morey. "In singles I thought we showed fantastic resilience. They were a quality opponent, but they were very scrappy and to get tested right away like that in the first match and to have our women respond the way they did showed why I really like this group. They are a hard-working group and are finding ways to win. Every point counts and I think everyone did their job and we came away with a win.
