COACHES COMMENTS: "I thought there was some good moments and other moments I thought we were a little lax," said Calvin head men's basketball coach Bill Sall. "Kalamazoo is a tough
team to guard and have a lot of weapons that put us in a tough spot defensively. I thought Derrick had a great game all-around, and Alex Bos gave us great effort. The bench was really
good with Katje, Minderhoud and LaDuke. They came in with great energy. A great win for us and hopefully we can build off of this one going forward. "
NEXT UP: Calvin will travel to Adrian next Wednesday for a 7:30 p.m. contest.
